Hello everyone! Hope you all had a great break and enjoyed the holiday seaon.
This Saturday (January 8th) is the first week of the spring semester. We ushered in a hopeful 2022, and we are about to start a new year of learning and challenges. Due to the current outbreak of the new crown virus variant Omikeron, after the holiday, we found that a large number of teachers and students traveled during the break. Some students and teachers were infected during the holiday. At the same time, some parents with younger children who could not be vaccinated also expressed concern.
In order to ensure the health of all teachers, students and parents, as well as to avoid cross-infection, and reduce the inconvenience caused by quarantine, the school and board decided to start the on-site of the classes of the Spring semester online for the week of 1/8 and 1/15. The in-person class will resume on January 22.
As the scope of vaccination expands and the virus adapts to changes, we can see the dawn of the new crown epidemic. Currently vaccination is still the best way to protect yourself and your family, and end the pandemic. We recommend that eligible students who can be vaccinated to get vaccinated as soon as possible.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I would be happy to be your support.
