Chinese Dancing II 中国儿童舞蹈基础和形体 ​II

Description 简介
凯瑞中文学校舞蹈班创始于2005年，是学校最早的才艺课之一。舞蹈课分为儿童班，街舞班和成人Zumba班。儿童班以教授中国少儿和幼儿舞蹈为主，每节课再融入舞蹈基本功训练。儿童舞蹈班又分成大班和小班，大班年龄7到10岁，小班年龄5 到7岁。

大班的孩子们每年有大量的舞台表演机会，曾经参加过从凯瑞中文学校自己的春节联欢会， 到CAFA春节晚会、TACAS中国新年的嘉年华盛会、龙舟节，罗利市国际节，Morrisville市的东西文化交融节，土耳其协会主办的国际儿童节，以及周边小学的国际节等等。小姑娘们每年有多次演出机会，为观众奉献了一次次精彩的表演，给各类活动增色不少。她们在各种大，小舞台上得到了锻炼，培养了自信，也用舞蹈传播了中国文化，更向公众展示了我们凯瑞中文学校学生朝气蓬勃、活泼可爱的风采。

Pink Ballet Shoes, comfortable outfit for dance, hair to be high pony tail or bun.

Curriculum 课程安排 The two CCS Dance classes have about 6 times stage performance opportunities through the year.  However, due to COVID-19,  the class will change to online teaching.  This class not only teaches Chinese dance, but also fundamental skills like ballet training, stretching and body conditioning.

Teacher Introduction 老师简介
My name is Samantha Shue, and I am excited to be one of the dance teachers at CCS. I am in 11th grade at Enloe High School. I have been a member of the Ruby Slippers Chinese Dance Club for 7 years now and attend many performances which include the Dragon Boat Festival, International Festival, and the annual CAFA gala. I have also had 10+ years of classical ballet training. I hope to teach basic Chinese dance this year and give kids exposure to traditional Chinese styles. I am excited for the new school year and to work with new students!
