Course Description This course follows a comprehensive curriculum teaching origami and pop-up art to show students how to create their own greeting cards, and their own unbound book. The book will be built throughout the course as lessons tailored to the skills and interests of the students help develop mastery of cutting, tearing, folding, gluing, and creating their own masterpiece. Each class teaches a new technique or craft to build gradually toward the final product.
Purpose of the course Inspire creative expression, increase fine motor skills, and strengthen shape, line, and color knowledge. Encourage imagination and creativity with a variety of different art techniques such as origami, pop-up card, and papercutting.

Age requirement 7-year-old and above
Student Material Requirement Students need to bring their own crayons, markers, glue, construction paper and Scissors.
