Create a Family Account
Before you can register a class for your child, you need to request for a family account in the CCS Online Registration System. Regardless of how many children you may have, you only need one family account.  Send an email to [email protected] with your full name and personal email address (must be a Gmail or Google account) to request for a family account. The school staff will create a family account for you within a few days. 

Log in to Registration System
Once you have the family account created, you can log in to the CCS Online Registration System, authenticate with your Gmail or Google account credential. Note: we don't know or store your Google account password, this is handled by Google. 
Family Account ID
In the Registration System main page, you will notice your Family Account ID xxxx. Take a note of this number. You will reference this number in a number of ways when communicating with the school staff about your account or making a payment.

Complete Family Account Profile

1. ​Create a new Family Contact with additional email, phone number and home address. Note: If your home address changes, make sure to update this field promptly. If you have refunds, checks will be issued to the home address in the Registration System, so it's important to keep it updated.
2. Add information for each parent.
3. Add information for each student. If a parent wants to register for class, the parent should also be added as a student. Each student will receive a unique CCS school account.
4. Under "Registered Classes" tab, you'll be able to view and register classes for your students, view account balance due. You can register class only during open enrollment period. Otherwise, you will send a class request email to [email protected]. You can come back to this page anytime to check on class status and balance due.
