Class 课程 Math Olympiad 1 - Pre-algebra (Grades 5+) 奥数 1
Description 简介 CCS has 4 levels of Math Olympiad courses that are intended for middle school students. We follow the AoPS Curriculum and use the Introduction series textbooks: https://artofproblemsolving.com/store/list/aops-curriculum. This class will teach students fundamental Pre Algebra concepts such as: exponents, fractions and decimals, equations, ratios and percents, square roots, and basic geometry. In addition, students will be introduced to some basic Algebra concepts like factoring, multi-variable linear equations, and graphing functions. This class will not only supplement what your child learns from their math class at school, but also introduce new topics that I know will help them be successful in the future, whether it be in school or at math competitions.
