This course will focus on traditional Yang Style Tai Chi form. Students will also learn to do standing, stretching, and breathing techniques. Other than form studying, students will have the opportunity to learn Tai Chi pushing hands, a practice to learn how to use Tai Chi skills in competition with others. Students should wear comfortable clothes and exercise shoes to the classes. No experiences are required. People of all ages and any skill levels are welcomed.
Teacher: Dr. Lei Guo Dr. Guo graduated from Beijing University of Physical Education in Sport Management. He started to learn and practice Tai Chi in 1991 in Beijing. He has been teaching Tai Chi in the United States in different universities for about 15 years.
