  • 现有的学生中文课和Activity 才艺课的课程注册都自动延续秋季学期，如果需要调整，请联系自己的老师或者教务长。

  • How to register for classes? Follow  this instruction on how to register for classes in the registration system.
  • Already registered? Visit REGISTRATION SYSTEM to check for class list and account balance.
  • Need a receipt?  Log in your account, find the receipt button on class registration page. You may need to select the correct semester/year to find the corresponding receipt.​
  • Change or withdraw a class? Send an email to [email protected] if you want to change or withdraw a class. 
  • Expecting a refund? Not all class withdraw will receive a refund according to Enrollment Policy. All refunds will be processed starting in the fifth week of a semester.

  • 注册系统（上面有链接）通过Google账号登录。请仔细阅读如何登录。每个家庭只需一个家庭账号。新的家庭可以申请建立新的家庭账号，请从你的邮箱（可以登录Google的邮箱）发邮给  [email protected] 申请。请勿发送密码。
  • 所有课程的注册以一年为期。如需半途退换请发邮件到 [email protected] 联系教务长。
  • 中文新生：所有新生可以选 CHL（传承汉语）或 CSL（外语汉语）新生班。暑假里教务长会通知家长进行入学测试。根据学生语言水平和年龄，由教务长安排学生到合适的语言班。家长可到网上注册系统里看到更新后的班级和注册活动课。
  • CCS现有CHL/CSL学生已经由系统自动升级注册到相应的中文班了。家长可以在网上注册系统里看到，并可以加活动课。如果需要换班，请联系教务长，由教务长根据学生水平和年龄安排班级。
  • 所有课程都有人数或年龄的限制。在wait list上面的学生，不代表选课成功，也不能保障可以上课。
  • 学校保留根据需要调整学生注册情况和课程安排。如果有调整，我们会及时通知学生和家长。
  • 每学年有秋季和春季两个学期。学费和其它费用在每学期开学前付清。
  • 学校接受支票，（抬头请写“Cary Chinese School”）和Zelle转账（[email protected]）。​
  • 所有学费都付清才算注册成功。如果在公开注册期间完成注册和付费，学校将豁免每个家庭的$25注册费。过期后每个家庭将收取注册费$25，注册费不予退还。
  • 如果开学第一周上课前尚未付清学费，每个家庭将额外收取$25迟交费用。此费用不予退还。
  • 退课退款请参考学校注册规定条款
  • 中文课家长必须参加执勤任务，以避免每年加收每位学生$50费用。点击此处查看详情。
Important Notice (Read this first): 
  • Our online registration system (scroll up for link) uses Google account for authentication. Only one account is needed per family. For new family account, please email [email protected] from a Google account mailbox, which will become your family account email (must be able to log in to Google Account). Do not send password. 
  • All classes will be registered for one year for both Fall and Spring semesters. For any changes, email [email protected].
  • New Students: All new students can choose either CHL (Chinese as a Heritage Language) or CSL (Chinese as Second Language) "New Students" class. During the summer, Program Director will reach out to parents regarding placement test. Based on student's language proficiency level and age, Program Director will assign new students in different Chinese language levels. Parents can view class assignment in the registration system and add any activity classes if needed.
  • Existing CHL/CSL students are auto-registered up one grade/level. No action is needed. Parents can view the class registration in the online system, and add additional Activity classes if needed. If you want to switch language classes, please reach out to Program Directors. Based on proficiency level and age, the Program Director will add the students to suitable class.
  • All classes have capacity limit or age limit. Seats on wait list are not guaranteed to be admitted.
  • Cary Chinese School reserves the rights to adjust student registration and classes for various reasons. Students will be notified if such adjustment occurs.
  • There are two semesters per school year - Fall and Spring. Tuition and fees are due at the beginning of each semester.
  • We accept checks (payable to Cary Chinese School) and Zelle transfer ([email protected]).
  • Registration is complete only when all tuition and charges are paid. A registration fee of $25 will be waived for each family who registers and pays during Open Enrollment Period (collected or postmarked on or before last day of Open Enrollment Period). A non-refundable $25 registration fee will apply per family outside of Open Enrollment Period.
  • If full payment is not received by the first week of class, a late payment fee of $25 will be assessed per family. Late fees are not refundable.
  • Refer to Enrollment Policy for more details on class cancellation and refund rules.
  • For language class only: Parents Duty is mandatory to avoid being assessed an additional $50 per student per year. Click here for more information.
  1.  网上注册。 Register Online. You will need a valid email account to log in to Google account. One family only needs to create one account. It's strongly recommended to use the latest version of IE, Firefox, Chrome for the best viewing experience. New students for CHL or CSL class should contact Program Directors first for class placement (scroll down for contact details).
  2. 付学费。After registering classes online, use online payment or write a check。Make separate payment for Tuition and books.

中文课注册 CHL & CSL Registration
          CHL program offers full grades of Chinese classes from Pre-K to Grade 9 & AP Chinese, including two sets of classes for Chinese as a Heritage Language curriculum: Ma Liping (《马立平》中文）and Zhongwen (《暨南》中文).  If you're interested in AP Chinese, please check here for instructions.
          CSL program offers Chinese as a second language classes for students from non-Chinese speaking families, from Pre-K to Grade 9 and Adults.

FAQs
Q: How do I register a class?
A: Once you log in to the online registration system, click on "+Language" or "+Activity" green button to show a list of available classes. Next to each class, click on the student name (blue button) to register for that class. You'll be able to see the summary page with the class pre-registered for the student.
Q: Can I un-register a class?
A: During open enrollment period, parents are allowed to un-register classes in the online system. All other requests, please send your inquiries to the email below. If the tuition has already been paid, we will process refund according to the Enrollment Policy.
Q: I'm not using Gmail. Can I use other email to log in to Google Account?
A: The short answer is Yes. Refer to this link on instruction to set up your Google account.​​
