Registrations canceled between March 1st and April 1st will incur a $25 processing fee deducted by the school.
If registration is canceled between April 1st and May 17th, 75% of the tuition will be refunded. Cancellations made between May 17th and June 13th will receive a 50% refund of tuition. Cancellations made after June 14th will not receive any refund.
If a student misses a few days of camp on a five-day week, the fee will still be calculated on a five-day basis and no refunds will be provided.
If a weekly transfer request is made 3 days prior to the start of camp and space is still available for the week in which the transfer is requested, the school will generally grant the transfer free of charge. A $25 processing fee will be charged for changes made less than 3 days prior to the start of camp.
*If a registration is canceled during the non-full refund period, a refund of the original price may be processed if another family is found by the refunding family to fill the spot. Replacement family fees will be charged at prices applicable after March 1st.
All registrations are considered valid upon accountant confirmation of payment. Otherwise we will cancel the registration and open the spot to another family.
While we cannot control the weather or many other factors. Our fixed expenses, including costs for program setup, administration, staffing, equipment, and the facility, have already been incurred. Therefore, no refund or exchange will be issued due to inclement weather, emergencies, power outages, health or safety concerns, or any other circumstances beyond the camp's control.
