Teacher: Cindy Su Hanselman Cindy is certified 200-hour hot yoga instructor. She practices hot yoga six hours per week on average. She has been teaching hot yoga for a few years. Her students range from beginner to regular yoga participants. Cindy believes that yoga has great benefit to our mind and body. It has been working great to her students and herself.
